Chunky Cranberry Relish


1. In a large saucepan bring water and sugar to a boil.add in crannberries,stir often.Bring to a boil,turn to low,add in your pineapple,apple, vanilla,orange rind,lemon juice, salt and cinnamon.Simmer 10 minutes.Take off heat and pour into serving bowl and chill 1 1/2-2 1/2 hours. This will firm up to a nice thick relish.

2. This will keep for up to 2 weeks.
