Fruit Ketchup


1. Blanch tomatoes and peaches to remove skin.

2. Peel other fruits.

3. Cut into cubes and place in large pot.

4. Add brown sugar, vinegar, salt and marinating spices.

5. Bring to a boil and simmer for 1 hour.

6. Remove spices and allow to cool.

7. Pour into sterilized jars.
