BATATYACHI BHAJIIngredients4 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces1 tbsp oil1 tsp mustard seeds tspasafoetida (hing)2-3 green chillies, broken tsp turmeric powder1 tsp split skinless black gramSalt to taste tsp sugar1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander leaves + for garnish1 tsp lemon juiceMethod1. Heat oil in a non-stick kadai, add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add asafoetida, green chillies, and turmeric powder. Add split skinless black gram and saut for a few seconds.2. Add potatoes, salt and sugar and mix well. Add coriander leaves, switch off the heat and add lemon juice and mix. 3. Transfer the bhaji into a serving bowl, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
