Beef steak Japanese style Bento
Ingredients
1 beef steak
Salt & pepper
1 Manganji chili/Japanese sweet green chili
1 clove garlic, sliced
1 tablespoon red wine

A: 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic

Directions
1.Salt & pepper the beef.
2.Poke the Manganji chilies with a tooth pick.
3.Fry the garlic slices in an oiled frying pan. When aroma comes out, take off the slices & set aside.
4.Grill 1 & 2 in garlic flavored oil/3.
5.Add red wine to 4.
6.Then season the beef and Manganji chilies with A.
Top with the fried garlic slices.
