Cheesy Schezwan Paneer Open Toasties
Ingredients :
Cheesy schezwan paneer filling:
Paneer - 1 cup grated
Mozzarella cheese - 1 cup grated
Red capsicum - 2 tbsp chopped
Green capsicum - 2 tbsp chopped
Yellow capsicum - 2 tbsp chopped
Onion - 2 tbsp chopped
Frozen/boiled corn - 2 tbsp
Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp
Schezwan chutney - 3 tbsp
Mixed italian herbs - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp

Herbed butter :
Salted butter - 1/4th cup
Mixed italian herbs - 1 tbsp
Black pepper - 1/4th tsp
Garlic - 1 tbsp chopped
Salt to taste
