Serve Dhaniya pudina ki chutney with almost anything. Everybody in Indian just loves dhaniya ki chutney and you will too if you have not yet. Spread dhaniya ki chutney on sandwich or roti. It will taste great. Hari Pudina chutney increase taste and flavour of almost every Indian Food. One can also use it with chaats and bhels.

Ingredients:
1½ cup Mint leaves
1 cup Coriander leaves
½ inch Ginger pieces
4 Garlic Cloves
2 pieces of chopped Green chilly
¼ tsp of salt
¼ tsp of rock salt
Raw mango (optional)
2 tablespoon water

How to make Green Chutney:
Take a jar of the grinder and put all the above ingredients (except salt and rock salt).
Grind until smooth, thick or medium coarse consistency.
Take out the chutney in a bowl and put salt, rock salt and mix it well.
Mint chutney is ready to serve.
