Easy Olive and Cheese Pie1 bunch of parsley1 cup of cottage cheese1 cup olive pitted and finely chopped1 tsp salt (must be adjusted according to the salt ratio in olives and cheese)5 g instant yeast1/2 tbsp sugar1/2 cup vegetable oil5 cups of all-purpose flour2 cups of warm milkadditional warm water if milk is not enoughWe put the yeast in a large bowl and add the sugar to it.I pour some warm milk on it. I will dissolve the yeast by mixing it.I let the yeast dissolve and add half a cup of oil.I add the rest of the warm milk.I mix it after I add the salt.I add around half a cup of warm water.Now I add the flour little by little. I beat it well and add flour again.I put in 4 cups of full flour in total.I add some more water. It's a runny dough, it should stretch.I add a little more oil. I added half a glass in total.I got a very nice dough.Now I close the lid and wrap the bowlI closed it tightly and this way I will rest for 40 - 45 minutes.45 minutes later I got my dough.
