Easy Olive and Cheese Pie - No Knead - Yufka amadan brek

Easy Olive and Cheese Pie
1 bunch of parsley
1 cup of cottage cheese
1 cup olive pitted and finely chopped
1 tsp salt (must be adjusted according to the salt ratio in olives and cheese)
5 g instant yeast
1/2 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
5 cups of all-purpose flour
2 cups of warm milk
additional warm water if milk is not enough


We put the yeast in a large bowl and add the sugar to it.
I pour some warm milk on it.
I will dissolve the yeast by mixing it.
I let the yeast dissolve and add half a cup of oil.

I add the rest of the warm milk.
I mix it after I add the salt.
I add around half a cup of warm water.
Now I add the flour little by little.
I beat it well and add flour again.
I put in 4 cups of full flour in total.

I add some more water. It's a runny dough, it should stretch.
I add a little more oil. I added half a glass in total.

I got a very nice dough.
Now I close the lid and wrap the bowl
I closed it tightly and this way I will rest for 40 - 45 minutes.

45 minutes later I got my dough. Ready for processing.
I put the cheese in another large bowl.
I'll add olives and parsley as well, and I'll mix them all together. also some olive oil

I lay baking paper on the tray and pour half the dough
I spread the filling on it I prepared.
I put it on all sides equally
I pour the remaining dough on it

I will bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until it turns brown.
