Autumn months are all about returning indoors and enjoying a cozy evening entertaining friends, by having drinks and some nuts to accompany them.
This simple recipe for roasted chickpeas is unique because:
They are made in minutes with ingredients you usually have at home,
They are much cheaper than store-bought while...
They are very rare to find in the shops as "dried nuts"
They are quite healthy and nutritious
They have a wonderful freshly roasted taste with a "Greek touch", an earthy/spicy flavor with warm and crunchy texture.
I made a small quantity just to show you, but I would advise you to make at least double...honestly they are gobbled up so quickly. Because nothing beats homemade!
Suitable for fasting and vegans.

INGREDIENTS:
400 gr. / 14.1 oz Boiled Chickpeas, canned (net weight)
1 tsp. dried Thyme
1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
1/2 tsp. sweet, smoked Paprika
1 Garlic Clove, minced
