How to make Gajar ka Halwa | How to make Carrot Pudding | Indian Sweet dish | Indian Pudding | Indian Street Food (Khana pakana)

"Gajar ka Halwa" | "Carrot Halwa" is a traditional Indian sweet dish served as dessert or Appetizer recipe. It is mainly prepared from Carrots, Milk and Sugar and added Almond and cardamom for aroma.
It is very healthy and good for eyes. Carrot Contains Vitamin A which helps to improve your eye vision and make it brighter. We often make this recipe in winter as carrots are easily available in winter.

Ingredients:
- Carrot (Gajar)
- Milk
- Sugar
- Almond and Cashew for garnishing
- Ghee
- Cardamom (elaichi) for Aroma
- Cream

Preparation:
- Rinse , Peel and Grate the Carrots
- Take pan (Kadai) and Heat the ghee.
- Now add grated Carrots in a pan and stir well
- Add Milk and Boil the mixture
- Add Sugar
- Stir well and cook on law flame
- Stir Often and cook for 4 to 5 minute
- Keep stirring continuously
- Cover the pan and cook for 5 minutes
- Uncover the pan and stir well
- Add Cardamom, Almond and Cashews
- Add Cream and stir well
- Heat until all the milk is absorbed.
- Gajar Halwa is ready to serve
- Garnish with dry fruits
