Coriander powder -2 tsp
Cumin powder -1 tsp
Garam masala -1 tsp
Black pepper -1/4 tsp

For Onion Paste:
Onion - 1 cup
Green chilli - 4
Garlic cloves - 16
Coriander leaves -1/4 cup
Cashews - 15
Cooking oil -2 tbsp

For Curry:
Cooking oil -4 tbsp
Bay leaves - 1
Black cardamom -1
Mace -1/2 inch
Prepared onion paste
Prepared curd paste
Fried paneer
Salt to taste
Roasted kasuri methi
Butter -1 tbsp
