• 1/4 cup mint leaves finely chopped
• 2 tablespoons oil (canola or vegetable oil)
• Approx. ½ cup like warm water
Also, need
• 1/4 cup whole wheat flour for rolling the paratha
• 3 tablespoons oil for cooking the parathas
