1. Combine sugar and milk in heavy saucepan. 2. Bring to rolling boil, cook until soft ball stage. 3. Take off burner, add butter and cocoa and whisk to combine. 4. Add vanilla and one of the three optional flavorings. 5. Add flour and stir to mix thoroughly. 6. Immediately pour onto buttered plate. 7.
