1. Cut onions and mushrooms into small strips. 2. Get oil very hot in pan. 3. Cook onions until brown and sweet, add mushrooms and reduce heat. 4. When mushrooms are soft and creamy add raisins, seasonings and wine. 5. Simmer until it looks like a chunky dip. 6.
