1. In a saucepan combine the sugar, milk, cocoa, and margarine. Cook over medium high heat, stirring constantly, bring mixture to a boil and boil for 1 minute. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla, peanut butter, and quick cooking oats. 2. Drop spoonfuls of batter onto sheets of greased waxed paper. Let cool.
