Chicken Chaat


1. Wash and cut the chicken into one inch pieces.

2. Heat oil in a pan.

3. Add garlic and salt.

4. Fry the former till it is light brown.

5. Add chicken pieces.

6. fry for 5-6 minutes, stirring constantly.

7. Add the masala powders.

8. Stir for another 3-4 minutes.

9. Check to see if the chicken is tender.

10. Remove from heat.

11. Add lemon juice.

12. Garnish with chopped corriander leaves.

13. Serve hot.
