1. Rinse off chicken pieces. 2. Mix rice and cans of soup together. 3. Add 1/2 cup of milk, if you wish. 4. Place the chicken on top of rice mixture. 5. Sprinkle 1/2 of the dry onion soup mix on top of the chicken, or just sprinkle salt and pepper as desired. 6. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for one hour. 7.
