Crumbled Danish Blue Cheese Dressing


1. Mix all ingredients except oil and cheese, until sugar and salt dissolve.

2. Blend in oil using a spoon or whisk, not a mixer or blender.

3. Crumble the cheese with a fork and fold into mixture.

4. Before using dressing, stir gently.

5. Toss with salad greens, preferably romaine.
