French Hamwiches


1. Spread each slice of bread with butter and mustard; place a slice of swiss cheese on each.

2. Use the bread to make two sandwiches; place a slice of ham between each two slices.

3. Beat the egg and milk together; dip the sandwiches in the egg mixture. Brown sandwiches on both sides in a lightly buttered frying pan.
