Grilled Souvaki With Tzatziki Sauce


1. Cut chicken into cubes.

2. WHISK ¼ cup olive oil, 1 tablespoons white vinegar, 4 garlic cloves --- peeled and minced,1 1/2 tsp oregano, 1 tsp, salt, 1 tsp pepper in bowl; ADD chicken and refrigerate for 30 - 60 minutes.

3. In small bowl, COMBINE 1 glove of garlic --- peeled and minced, Greek yogurt, cucumber --- peeled, patted dry, grated, 1 1/2 Tbsp white vinegar, 1 Tbsp olive oil, dill; refridgerate until ready to use.

4. HEAT pan, drain chicken, GRILL about 3 - 4 minutes each side until cooked and a bit "charred looking"; remove to a platter and keep warm until ready to serve.

5. Arrange plate and enjoy!
