Italian Butter


1. Mix the garlic, oregano, basil, thyme and black pepper in a bowl.

2. Beat in the softened butter until well combined.

3. Put the mixture on a piece of wax paper and roll it into a tube.

4. Refrigerate for at least three hours to allow the flavours to blend.

5. Allow the butter to come to room temperature before serving, so that it will spread easier.
