1. Put garbanzo beans in pot. 2. add baking soda. 3. cook on med high heat until simmering. 4. pour contents of pot into bowl. 5. rinse with cold water to release hulls from beans. Discard hulls. 6. Put garbanzo beans and other ingredients in food processor and blend for up to 2 minutes. 7. If too thick, slowly add a little bit of water to thin. 8. refrigerate or eat it now! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
