1. Soak sweet rice overnight, drain and set aside. 2. Mix ground pork with onion, egg white, soy sauce, salt, sherry, bisquick mix and water chestnuts. 3. Form balls about 1 1/2" diameter. 4. Roll balls in sweet rice until they are well covered. 5. Place balls in steamer. 6. Steam for 25 minutes. 7. Serve hot. 8.
