Smothered Beef Sandwiches

1. Heat oven to 375°F On ungreased cookie sheet, place bread halves, garlic side up. Top each half of bread evenly with barbecue sauce and shredded beef. Sprinkle each with 1/2 cup of cheese. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until beef mixture is thoroughly heated and cheese is melted. To serve, cut each half of bread into 3 pieces.
