Szechuan Guacamole


1. Slice open avocado and remove the pit.

2. Spoon out the ripe avocado flesh into a small bowl.

3. Add lemon juice and citrus soy sauce.

4. Mix with fork until smooth.

5. Salt and pepper to taste.

6. Enjoy on traditional Mexican foods, also excellent with egg rolls, on cheese& spinach Greek pastries& as a chip dip.
