1. Heat skillet. 2. Chop onions. 3. Add to skillet with the ground turkey. 4. Add Italian Seasoning, garlic, salt and pepper. 5. Saute on high heat for about 5 minutes. 6. Add mushrooms. 7. Saute for another 5 minutes. 8. Add 1 can of beans with liquid and one without. 9. Heat through. 10. Mix in spinach. 11.
