10~ Kimchi Bibim Guksu Recipe

Ingredients (servings: 1)
- thin noodles 120g, cabbage kimchi 100g, toasted laver 1 piece
- sauce : gochujang(red pepper paste) 1/2 tbsp, sugar 1/2 tbsp, vinegar 1/2 tbsp, sesame oil 1/2 tbsp, a little sesame seed

Directions
Cut roasted laver long and thin with scissors
Chop cabbage kimchi into small pieces
Cook the thin noodles in boiling water
When water boils hard, add water 100ml, and boil for 2 minutes
Rinse in cold water and drain in a strainer
Mix the sauce ingredients with chopped kimchi, gochujang(red pepper paste) 1/2 tbsp, sugar 1/2 tbsp, vinegar 1/2 tbsp, sesame oil 1/2 tbsp, a little sesame seed in a bowl
Mix the noodles with the sauce
Put the noodles in a bowl and put chopped kimchi, cut laver, sealme seed on top of the noodles
