Methi paratha (मेथी पराठा)

Quantity - 5-6

INGREDIENT

Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा ) – 1 cup or 200 gm
Gram Flour (बेसन) - 2 tbsp
Methi/fenugreek Leaves () - 2 large
Ginger () - 1 tbsp (grated)
Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 tsp
Ajwain - 1 tsp
Salt (नमक) - 2 tbsp or as per taste
Oil (तेल) – 1 tbsp & to fry
