Beijing roast duck in Mandarin is called Bei jing kao ya 北京烤鸭. One of China's most famous meals and their national dish. They give you a small dough pancake with some green onion and sliced cucumber and plum sauce or Hoisin sauce. Then you simply take some duck meat, get some sauce and onion and cucumber. Then wrap it up and eat it. This might just be the best buffet in China. It also includes all you can drink beer.
