Ingredients

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, trimmed and cubed
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon dried basil
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup melted salted butter

Instructions

1 In a small mixing bowl, combine the bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, and salt.

2 Dip the chicken pieces in the melted butter, then transfer them to the bread crumb mixture to coat. Place the coated chicken pieces on a plate or pan.

3 Preheat an air fryer to 390-400F. Carefully place the coated chicken pieces in the air fryer, making sure to leave space between each one. If necessary, cook the chicken in batches.

4 Spray the chicken with cooking oil.

5 Bake the chicken for 8-9 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are cooked through and no longer pink in the middle or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165F.

6 Serve and enjoy!
