Cut it into sections that will fit into your air fryer, if necessary.2 In the dish or bag, add the olive oil, brown sugar, lemon juice, white wine vinegar, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and stone ground mustard. Mix well and make sure to evenly distribute the marinade on the pork.3 Marinate the pork for at least 4 hours, if possible.4 Preheat the air fryer to 400F for at least 5 minutes before cooking.5 Remove the pork from the marinade and discard the remaining marinade.6 Place the pork in the air fryer and cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
