Akkaravadisal, Traditional Divine Delicacy to Welcome New Year | Akkaravadisal, Temple Prasadam! |
#sujanfunkitchen is ushering in the #Newyear 2024 with #Akkaravadisal
Akkaravadisal is a traditional sweet offered in temples - however my memories of the divine sweet is of my grandma making it during our vacation visits to her village. It looked decadent, delicious, filled not only with golden cashews but with brimming love too! Over the years my mother managed to learn the technique of making Akkaravadisal and I too kept making it in my home. So today I happily share the recipe of the traditional Akkaravadisal.
