Aloo Bhujiya with Cumin seeds (Zeera)
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Oil 2-3 tbs
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 & ½ tsp
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 medium
-Hari mirch (Green chili) 2
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tsp
-Aloo (Potatoes) slices 3 large
-Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed ½ tsp or to taste
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped ½ Cup

Directions:
-In wok,add oil,cumin seeds and mix.
-Add onion and green chilies,mix well and cook onion are light brown.
-Add ginger garlic paste and mix.
-Add potatoes and mix well.
-Add red chili crushed,salt and mix well,cover and cook on low flame until potatoes gets tender (15-20 minutes) and keep mixing in between.
-Add fresh coriander,mix well & serve.

Ajza:
-Oil 2-3 tbs
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 & ½ tsp
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 medium
-Hari mirch (Green chili) 2
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tsp
-Aloo (Potatoes) slices 3 large
-Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed ½ tsp or to taste
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped ½ Cup

Directions:
-Karhai mein oil aur zeera dal ker mix karein.
-Pyaz aur hari mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur pyaz ko light brown hunay tak paka lein.
-Adrak lehsan paste dal ker mix karein.
-Aloo shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Lal mirch crushed aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per aloo gul janay tak paka lein (15-20 minutes) aur beej beej mein chamcha chalatay rahien.
-Hara dhania dal ker mix ker lein & serve karein.
