Chicken drumsticks coated with creamy marination and cooked in air fryer.BADAMI TANGDI KEBABIngredients4-6 chicken drumsticksPaste of 8-10 almonds1½ tbsp green chilli-ginger-garlic paste½ tsp crushed black peppercornsJuice of ½ lemonSalt to taste1½ tbsps gram flour (besan)1 tbsp hung yogurt½ tsp garam masala powder¼ tsp turmeric powder½ tsp white pepper powderLemon wedges, for servingOnion rings, for servingMethod1. Make light incisions on the chicken drumsticks and place them in a bowl. Add green chilli-ginger-garlic paste, crushed black peppercorns, lemon juice, salt and rub onto the chicken drumsticks. Marinate for 20-25 minutes.2. For the second marinade, mix together yogurt, gram flour, fresh cream, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, white pepper powder and mix well. Add the chicken legs and keep aside to marinate for 20 minutes. 3. Grease the basket of the air fryer with a little oil. Place the marinated chicken pieces in it and fit it to fryer. Spread the remaining marinade on the chicken drumsticks and cook at 180° C for 15 minutes.4.
