Baked Chicken
Ingredients for Baked Chicken:
Chicken with skin (legs + thighs) 4+4
Oil 3 tbsp
Garlic (chopped) 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
BBQ Sauce 3 tbsp
Black Pepper Crushed 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp / to taste
Cinnamon Powder 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Paprika Powder 1 tbsp
Onions (Sliced) 1 cup

Ingredients for Onion Salad:
Onion 1 cup
Hot water (for soaking) as required
Green Coriander (chopped) 1/2 cup
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Paprika powder 1 tsp
Black Pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp / to taste

Ingredients for Assembling:
Baked Chicken
Onion salad
Roasted peanuts as required

Directions for Baked Chicken:
1. In a bowl add Chicken, garlic, lemon juice, BBQ Sauce, Black pepper, Cinnamon Powder, Paprika Powder, oil, salt, coriander powder and onions. Mix it well. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
2. Bake Chicken in a pre-heated oven at 180C for 15-20 minutes.
3. Your Baked Chicken is ready. Set aside.
Directions for Onion Salad:
4. In a bowl add onion, hot water and soak the onion for 4-5 mins.
5. In a bowl add soaked onions, green coriander, lemon juice, paprika, black pepper and salt.
6. Mix well and onion salad is ready to serve.
7. Dish out the baked chicken on Afghani Naan and top it with onion salad and roasted peanuts. Your Baked Chicken with Onion Salad is ready.
