Dry roast 1/2 cup of Jau Daliya over medium flame till the color changes.2. Within 4 minutes, you will get nicely roasted and fragrant daliya.3. Heat 1 tbsp of ghee in the cooker.4. Add 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, 1/2 cup of peas, 1/4 cup of chopped carrots, 1/4 cup of chopped cauliflower, 1/4 cup of chopped capsicum, 1 tsp of grated ginger, 1-green chili chopped finely, and saute everything briefly. 5. Add roasted daliya and roast everything for 1/2 more minutes. 6. Add 1-chopped tomato and mix. 7. Add 1.5 cups of water, 1/2 tsp of salt to the pulao and mix well.8.
