Bear Flan
Servings: Square cake pan (15cm)

INGREDIENTS
Caramel sauce
60g sugar
40g water

Flan mixture
3 eggs
Some vanilla extract
350g milk
50g sugar

Cocoa cake batter
2 egg yolks
20g sugar
50g flour
10g cocoa powder
20g milk
20g melted butter
2 egg whites
20g sugar

Toppings
Some chocolate
Some white chocolate

PREPARATION
1. Heat sugar and the half of water (20ml) in a pot. When browned, add the rest of the water (20ml). Pour into a square cake pan.

2. Mix all ingredients for flan mixture in a bowl. Pour into the cake pan (1).

3. Mix egg yolks, sugar, milk, and melted butter in a bowl. Sift flour and cocoa powder into the bowl.

4. Mix egg whites and sugar in a different bowl until stiff peaks form. Add into (3) and mix. Pour into the cake pan (2).

5. Preheat the oven to 150C (302F). Bake in a water bath for 30 minutes.

6. Remove the flan from the cake pan. Slice and draw a bear face on.

7. Enjoy!
