Heat sugar and the half of water (20ml) in a pot. When browned, add the rest of the water (20ml). Pour into a square cake pan.2. Mix all ingredients for flan mixture in a bowl. Pour into the cake pan (1).3. Mix egg yolks, sugar, milk, and melted butter in a bowl. Sift flour and cocoa powder into the bowl.4. Mix egg whites and sugar in a different bowl until stiff peaks form. Add into (3) and mix. Pour into the cake pan (2). 5. Preheat the oven to 150C (302F). Bake in a water bath for 30 minutes.6.
