Try it now!BOX PATTICE | बॉक्स पैटीज़Ingredients200 grams boneless chicken breasts8-10 samosa pattisSalt to taste¼ bunch fresh coriander leaves2 green chillies2 tbsps butter2 tbsps refined flour (maida)1 cup milk1 tsp mustard pasteA dash of soy sauce½ tsp garlic powder½ tsp onion powder¼ tsp dried oreganoA pinch of paprikaBlack pepper powder to taste Grated mozzarella cheese as requiredRefined flour slurry for brushing Beaten eggs as requiredDried bread crumbs for coatingOil for deep fryingDip¼ cup green chutney½ cup mayonnaiseMethod1. Boil water in a deep pan, add salt and chicken. Cook for 5-6 minutes, take them out and shred them using a fork. Set aside.2. Finely chop coriander and finely chop green chillies and set aside.3. For the stuffing, heat butter in a non-stick wok, add refined flour and whisk well. Add milk and whisk well. Cook till the mixture thickens. 4. Add shredded chicken in the pan and mix well. Add mustard paste, soy sauce and garlic powder, onion powder and mix well. 5. Add dried oregano and paprika powder, black pepper powder, and add chopped green chilli and coriander and mix well. 6. Add salt and mix well. Take the pan off the heat.7. Transfer the prepared mixture on a plate and allow to cool completely.8. Take one samosa patti horizontally on a worktop and place another samosa patti vertically to form a cross.9. Place a portion of the stuffing in the center and add a little mozzarella cheese and top it up with a little more of the prepared stuffing. Fold one side, brush refined flour slurry on top and fold another side. Repeat the process till a parcel is formed. Set aside.10. Dip each parcel into beaten eggs and roll on bread crumbs to coat all over.11. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai, deep fry the parcels till golden brown and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper. 12.
