One of the #ricevermicelli dish which we love since childhood time.Ingredients (serves 4)200g rice vermicelli, soaked till soften1 canned stewed pork2 eggs2 cloves minced garlicsome veggies of your choice.1 tbsp #tungchun oyster sauce1/4 tsp dark soy sauce200ml hot waterground pepper, optional.Method1. Whisk eggs with pinch of salt, fry into omelette and roughly break it up with spatula and set aside2. Saut mince garlic with 1 tbsp oil till aromatic, add sliced cabbage and cook for 2 minutes3. Add canned stewed pork (with or without the sauce depends on your preference), water, oyster and dark soy sauce4. Mixed well and simmer for 3 minutes till cabbage slight soften5. Next add in bee hoon (soaked in warm water till soft), greens, shredded carrot and omelette6. Cover and simmer for 2 minutes on very low heat till it absorbs the sauce7.
