Braised Bee Hoon with canned stewed pork

One of the #ricevermicelli dish which we love since childhood time
.
Ingredients (serves 4)
200g rice vermicelli, soaked till soften
1 canned stewed pork
2 eggs
2 cloves minced garlic
some veggies of your choice
.
1 tbsp #tungchun oyster sauce
1/4 tsp dark soy sauce
200ml hot water
ground pepper, optional
.
Method
1. Whisk eggs with pinch of salt, fry into omelette and roughly break it up with spatula and set aside
2. Saut mince garlic with 1 tbsp oil till aromatic, add sliced cabbage and cook for 2 minutes
3. Add canned stewed pork (with or without the sauce depends on your preference), water, oyster and dark soy sauce
4. Mixed well and simmer for 3 minutes till cabbage slight soften
5. Next add in bee hoon (soaked in warm water till soft), greens, shredded carrot and omelette
6. Cover and simmer for 2 minutes on very low heat till it absorbs the sauce
7. Remove from heat and serve with cut chili
