Peel the USA Pears, cut into quarters lengthwise and deseed.2. Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Add pear and cook till they soften and turn golden brown. 3. Add castor sugar, mix and cook till it caramelizes. Put the pears on a plate. 4. Add cream to the same pan and mix well. This is caramel sauce.5. Put cooked pears in a serving bowl.
