Bunny Baked Sweet Potatoes
Servings: 5

INGREDIENTS
150g sweet potatoes

A
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon sugar
10g butter

Egg yolks, as needed
Black sesame seeds, as needed
Honey, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Cut the potatoes into quarter slices. Rinse with water. Pat dry with paper towels.

2. Put the potato slices (1) in a heat-proof bowl. Cover with food wrap. Microwave for 5 minutes at 600W.

3. Mash the potatoes (2) with a folk. Add all of ingredients A and mix while hot.

4. Form (3) into oval balls. Apply egg wash.

5. Cut potato peels into bunny ear shapes. Place peel ears on (4). Bake in the toaster oven until lightly golden.

6. Place black sesame seed as bunny eyes. Serve with honey.

7. Enjoy!
