Butter Chicken Recipe || Scroll Recipe || Chicken Makhani || Murgh Makhani

Ingredient:
• 500 Gm Chicken
• Tomatoes 4-5
• 2 onions
• 5-6 Garlic
• Green Chilies
• Chopped Ginger
• 3 TSP Red Chilli powder
• Salt to Taste
• 2 TBSP Khaskas/ Peppy seeds
• 2 TBSP curd
• 2 TBSP Mustard Oil
• 4 TBSP Butter
• Cinnamon
• Cardamom
• Cloves
• Kaju paste ½ cup
• 3 TBSP Peppy seeds paste
• Fresh cream 4 TBSP
• Honey 1 ½ TBSP
• Kesuri Methi

Process:

• Roast tomatoes on stove top
• In a pan boil 2 onion and 5-6 Garlic
• Grind Roasted tomato, Boiled onion, Garlic and Green chilies
• Marinate 500 Gm Chicken with Ginger,1 TSP Red Chilli powder, Salt, 2 TBSP Khaskas / Peppy seeds, 2 TBSP curd ,2 TBSP Mustard Oil
• Refrigerate for 5-8 hours
• Grease the griller with oil.
• Place the Marinated Chicken
• Add some oil with Brush
• Grill them evenly on all sides
• Add 2 TBSP Oil in a Pan
• Add 4 TBSP Butter
• Add Cinnamon, Cardamom, Cloves
• Add Roasted tomato mixture
• Keep Stirring
• Add Salt to taste
• Add Red Chilli powder 1 TSP
• Add Kaju paste ½ cup and 1 TBSP Peppy seeds paste
• Add Fresh cream 4 TBSP
• Add Honey 1 ½ TBSP
• Add Grilled Chicken
• Add 2 TBSP Cream
• Add Kasuri Methi
• Add some butter and wait for melt
• Cover with the Pan for 10-12 mints
• Add Green chilies
