cafe Chilli Cheese Toast | how to make chili cheese toast on a tawa:
Ingredients:
-4 slices of bread
-1/2 cup shredded cheese
-1 small Capsicum, finely chopped
-1 small bell pepper, finely chopped
-2 small green chili, finely chopped
-1 tsp finely chopped garlic
-1 teaspoon chili flakes
-1/2 teaspoon all purpose seasoning
-Coriander, finely chopped
-Salt, to taste
-Butter, for toasting

Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, add the shredded cheese, chopped capsicum, chopped bell pepper, chopped green chili, finely chopped garlic, red chili flakes, all purpose seasoning, coriander and salt. Mix everything together.
2. Heat a tawa or a flat pan over medium heat.
3. Toast the bread slices until they are lightly golden brown on both sides. Spread a little butter on top of each slice.
4. Spoon the cheese mixture on top of each slice of bread, spreading it out evenly.
5. Place the prepared bread slices on the tawa and cover it with a lid. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
6. Using a spatula, carefully remove the toast from the tawa and transfer it to a plate.

Serve hot and enjoy your delicious chili cheese toast!

Note: You can also use a grill pan to make this recipe if you prefer a grilled texture. Just preheat the grill pan over medium-high heat and grill the prepared bread slices for 2-3 minutes on each side until the cheese has melted and is golden brown.
