CAN I DRINK STARBUCKS and BE HEALTHY? #shorts

I woke up today and I had a bunch of questions about Starbucks
drinks. And essentially, the long and short is, you know,
are there healthy Starbucks drinks? Or, you know, can I have
Starbucks drinks if I'm trying to eat healthier? And, you know,
the true answer to that is everybody has to decide what foods
they want to incorporate into their dietary approach to make healthy
eating feel sustainable in the long run.

So that is a personal decision. I mean, healthy is so vague.
I mean, is a Starbucks drink healthy like broccoli is healthy?
Niche. Niche. But you know where we're going with this.

What I do like to do is if I or my kids want one of those fun,
know, coffee drinks, I always just ask for a small, and then
I ask for one pump of whatever the sweetener is. So you would
be surprised. Sometimes even the smallest sizes come with two,
three, even four pumps of added sweetener. So you just
ask for one. You get the small, and it's kind of like you
can have your cake and eat it, too. That's just the way I like
to approach it. What about you?
