Ingredients:
1 Cup All purpose flour (130grams)
2 Eggs
3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar (150 grams)
1/2 Cup Oil (120ml)
1/2 Cup toasted walnuts (50 grams)
3/4 teaspoon Baking Powder (3 grams)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda (2 grams)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Grounded Cinnamon (1.5 gram)
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract or essence
1 Cup grated Carrot (about 200-210 grams)
