Channa Masala is a delicious and Flavourful curry dish originated in India. Channa Masala is made by cooking white chick peas in a spicy Onion, Coconut, Tomato masala Gravy. In India, channa/chana means chickpea and masala refers to a mix of Indian spices used in Cooking. Though chana masala is believed to have originated in India, It is quite popular in Pakistan as well.
