Cheese Fried Rice

Servings:2

INGREDIENTS:
300 grams Rice (cooked)
1 Egg (beaten)
3 tablespoons Tempura bits
1 tablespoon Dried seaweed flakes
2 tablespoons Noodle soup base (double concentrated)
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
1 tablespoon Sesame oil

100 grams Mozzarella cheese

PREPARATION:
1. Add sesame oil to a frying pan, heat over medium heat, pour the beaten egg, and scramble using a wooden spoon.

2. When the egg is cooked, add the rice and stir around, raise the heat to high.

3. When the rice and eggs are mixed, add the Tempura bits, dried seaweed flakes and noodle soup base and mix. Add salt and pepper, adjust to taste and remove from the fire.

4. Fill a heat-resistant rice bowl (or bowl) with (3), making a hole in the center, fill the hole with mozzarella cheese. Wrap loosely with plastic wrap and heat in the microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.

5. Turn it over on a plate and serve it, and you're done!
