Give this butter chicken naan recipe a try and share your feedback with us.#ButterChickenNaan #ChickenNaan #NaanIngredients for chicken marination: Chicken cubes 500g Oil 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp Tandoori masala 2 tbsp Yogurt 1/2 cup Salt to taste Oil Ingredients for sauce: Oil 2 tbsp Butter 2 tbsp Onion paste 1 cup Tomato puree 1 cup Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp Garam masala 1 tsp Cumin crushed 1 tsp Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp Coriander crushed 1 tsp Red chili powder 1 tsp Salt to taste Sugar 1 tbsp Cream 1/2 cup Ingredients for naan dough: All-purpose flour 3 cups Yeast 1 tsp Salt to taste Sugar 1/2 tbsp Oil 3 tbsp Yogurt 1/2 cup Water lukewarm as required Mozzarella cheese as required Directions: In a bowl add chicken cubes, ginger garlic paste, tandoori masala, yogurt, oil, salt and marinate for 30 minutes. Heat oil in a pan, add marinated chunks and cook until fully done. In another pan heat oil and butter. Add onion paste, tomato paste, ginger garlic paste and cook until oil separate. Add garam masala, turmeric powder, coriander, cumin, red chili powder and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Pour this gravy in blender and blend until smooth. Add back to pan then add sugar and cream.Cook until it starts bubbling, add chicken chunks and give it a good mix. In a bowl add flour, yeast, salt, sugar, oil, yogurt and knead a semi hard dough. Proof it for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Cut the dough in 4 parts. Roll out one portion and place it on baking dish. Make a circle of cheese cubes brush with milk and fold it by covering the cheese circle. Prick the center with fork, top it with prepared chicken, brush with milk and cover it with dough.Prick again on top. Brush with oil, sprinkle nigella seeds on top. And your naan is ready to cook. Bake in oven for 12 to 15 minutes on 180 degress. Cover and cook in pan for 15 to 18 minutes. Brush with garlic and coriander and serve.
