This one is to die for !CHEESY PENNE PASTAIngredients2 cups boiled penne pasta ½ cup tomato concasse1 cup cheese sauce1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon chopped garlic1 medium onion, finely choppedSalt to taste½ teaspoon paprikaCrushed black peppercorns to taste½ teaspoon sugar½ small yellow zucchini, sliced and halved ½ small green zucchini, sliced and halved1 small red bell pepper, cut into triangles 5-6 fresh basil leaves + for garnishing 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese shavings + for garnishing Method1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and onion and sauté well. 2. Add tomato concasse, mix and cook for 2 minutes. Add salt, paprika, crushed peppercorns and sugar, mix well and cook for a minute. 3. Add yellow and green zucchini and bell peppers and some water, mix and cook for 2 minutes. Add torn basil leaves and mix well. 4. Add cheese sauce and mix well. Add pasta and cheese shavings and mix well. 5.
