Ingredients/ Method

3/4 cup Cream ( I used Coconut Cream for extra bold flavour)
1/2 cup Cashew Paste ( use 12-15 cashews to grind with water and make paste out of them)
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
7-8 cardamom pods to make Cardamom powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon juice
Chicken drumsticks - 1 kg
Oil for cooking
Garnish with dry fruit

Make a marinade with cream, cashew paste, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, salt, pepper and cardamom powder. Rub onto chicken and leave for an hour.
When ready to cook.. heat oil and add chicken pieces. Seal the cicken and cook ( or bake at 400 F for 45 mins) for 12- 15 mins until chicken is done. Serve over rice or with naan.
