Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.2. Combine chicken, onion, chilli powder, garammasala powder, salt and chopped coriander in a bowl and mix well.3. Put some chicken mixture on 4 bread slices, cover with remaining slices and cut diagonally.4. Take gram flour in a bowl. Add salt, turmeric powder, soda bi carbonate and some water, whisk to make a smooth and thick batter.5. Dip the bread piecesin the batter and deep-fry in hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.6.
